作者报告1例肺癌病人胸水中淀粉酶水平极高,并对文献中的33例作了复习。67岁的男性,因左侧胸痛及愈益加重的呼吸困难4周而入院。胸片见左胸膜腔大量积液。多次胸水检查,淀粉酶水平为2048～9830U/L(正常值为30～110U/L)。血清淀粉酶水平为361U/L。胸水细胞学检查未能作出诊断。胸部CT扫描未见肺部肿块。腹部CT扫描胰腺 The authors report an extremely high amylase level in pleural fluid of lung cancer patients and review of 33 patients in the literature. A 67-year-old man was admitted to hospital for left-sided chest pain and worsening dyspnea for 4 weeks. See chest pleural cavity a large number of pleural effusion. Multiple pleural fluid examination, amylase level of 2048 ~ 9830U / L (normal value of 30 ~ 110U / L). Serum amylase level 361U / L. Pleural fluid cytology failed to make a diagnosis.
