通过对无孔型轧制技术的研究与消化,针对某钢厂棒材生产线轧机布置特点,在粗轧和中轧四架轧机进行无孔型轧制改造。技术关键主要是控制轧机入口、出口导卫间隙与导卫固定;合理分配各架轧机压下量,精确控制宽展量。无孔型轧制中,由于翻平宽展和鼓形宽展,棱角位置每道次都在变化,边角部形成圆边钝角可有效避免应力集中和裂纹的产生;采用无孔型轧制可统一坯料,扩大轧辊使用范围,降低轧制压力,提高轧机作业率,降低能耗,以便获得明显的经济效益和社会效益。
Through the research and digestion of the non-perforated rolling technology, aiming at the characteristics of mill layout in a steel mill bar production line, four rolling mills of rough rolling and medium rolling were reformed without holes. The main technical key is to control the mill entrance, exit guide clearance and guide Wei fixed; reasonable allocation of mill rolling reduction, precise control of the volume of development. In the non-perforated rolling, due to the flattening and widening of the drum, the angular position is changed every pass, the obtuse angle formed at the corner portion can effectively avoid the stress concentration and the crack generation. The non-perforated rolling Uniform billets can be used to expand the use of roll, reduce rolling pressure, improve mill operating rate, reduce energy consumption in order to obtain significant economic and social benefits.
