一、合理安排运动量,科学调整训练方法临考前的训练一定要合理安排运动量,调整训练方法,注重训练质量,每堂训练课运动量的安排应遵循:加大一适应一再加大一再适应的原则,绝不能引发身体伤害事故。根据运动量超量恢复的原理,临考前对考生安排合理的运动量训练,科学调整训练方法(表1),有助于提高考生术科考试的成绩。
