目前,我国提倡一对夫妇生育一个子女,要求做到“优生”。为了保障儿童健康成长,本文对25例胎龄8~10个月时在胎内受到诊断X线照射的儿童进行了受照剂量估算和早期生物效应的观察。我们用国产BeO(Na)热释光剂量元件测定孕妇骨盆X线测量时局部皮肤射入量,按胎儿在子宫内的位置,根据空气组织比值,换算出胎儿的受照剂量为2.654~
