量子点作为新型荧光材料广泛应用于分子识别研究,其表面功能化修饰能有效改善它在分子识别中的选择性和灵敏度。本文以功能化基团与量子点的连接方式分类,分为:以硫原子为连接基的功能化量子点(包括简单巯基化合物修饰的量子点、以简单巯基化合物为前驱体修饰的量子点、其他含巯基化合物修饰的量子点以及含CS2化合物修饰的量子点)、以氧原子为连接基的功能化量子点和以氮原子为连接基的功能化量子点。评述了近5年来上述功能化量子点在无机离子和小分子识别研究中的应用。
As a new type of fluorescent material, quantum dots are widely used in molecular recognition research. Their surface functional modification can effectively improve its selectivity and sensitivity in molecular recognition. In this paper, functional groups and quantum dots connected to the classification, divided into: the sulfur atom as a functional group of quantum dots (including the simple mercapto compounds modified quantum dots, simple thiol compounds as precursors modified quantum dots, Other thiol-containing QDs and CS2-containing QDs), functionalized QDs with oxygen atom as linker and functionalized QDs with nitrogen as linker. The application of these functionalized quantum dots in inorganic ions and small molecule recognition has been reviewed in the last 5 years.
