目的 观察降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床及血浆纤溶效果的变化及血浆二聚体活性变化。 方法 对起病超过 1 2 h,小于 72 h,CT证实的 30例脑梗死患者。静滴降纤酶 1 0 u,每日 1次 ,连用 3天 ,总量为 30 u,对治疗前后患者的神经功能缺损程度进行评定 ,检测血浆 D-二聚体和纤溶酶活性的水平。 结果 治疗后患者的临床症状明显改善 ,血浆 D-二聚体及纤溶酶活性明显升高 ( P <0 .0 1 )。 结论 降纤酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死疗效高且安全。
Objective To observe the clinical and fibrinolytic effects of defibrase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and the changes of plasma dimer activity. Methods Thirty patients with cerebral infarction who were confirmed by CT more than 1 2 h and less than 72 h after onset were included. Intravenous defibrase 10 u, once daily for 3 days, the total amount of 30 u, before and after treatment in patients with neurological deficit to assess the level of plasma D-dimer and plasmin activity . Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms of patients were significantly improved, plasma D-dimer and plasmin activity was significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion defibrase thrombolytic therapy of acute cerebral infarction with high efficacy and safety.
