采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和腐蚀磨损试验机,对超高铬铸铁(铬含量约33%)的显微组织和腐蚀磨损性能进行研究。结果表明,超高铬铸铁中的碳化物类型为M7C3和M23C6,基体为马氏体和残余奥氏体。在磷酸介质条件下,超高铬铸铁的耐腐蚀磨损性明显优于普通Cr26高铬铸铁,其相对耐磨性为Cr26铸铁的1.8倍。
The microstructure and corrosion and wear properties of ultra-high chromium cast iron (chromium content about 33%) were studied by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and corrosion wear tester. The results show that the carbide types of ultra-high chromium cast iron are M7C3 and M23C6, and the matrix is martensite and retained austenite. Under the condition of phosphoric acid medium, the wear resistance of ultra-high chromium cast iron is obviously better than ordinary Cr26 high-chromium cast iron, and its relative wear resistance is 1.8 times that of Cr26 cast iron.
