目的探讨莪术油治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎(秋季腹泻)的疗效。方法将70例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(35例),治疗组予莪术油注射液10mg/(kg.次),1次/d,对照组予病毒唑静脉滴注10～15mg/(kg.次),1次/d,两组均同时口服肯特令,培菲康三联制剂。常规补液,纠正脱水、电解质紊乱,治疗并发症。结果治疗3d后,治疗组有效34例,占97.05%,对照组有效28例,占80.00%,两组比较(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论莪术油治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效肯定,不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of zedoary turmeric oil on infantile rotavirus enteritis (autumn diarrhea).
