1990年冬季我们检测了棉纺车间空气中粉尘浓度,同时用沉降法及LWC-1型空气微生物采样器测定了空气中细菌数和霉菌数,并作了菌相分析,结果如下。车间空气中微生物监测结果(表1,2)表1看出各车间空气中杆菌多于球菌,其中革蓝氏阴性杆菌居多,这与有关材料报道的棉尘肺和革蓝氏阴性杆菌及内毒素有关相符。杆菌主要是芽胞杆菌属、棒状杆菌属、假单胞菌属和肠杆菌属的细菌。表2提示各车间空气中霉菌中以青霉和曲霉为优势菌丛。
In the winter of 1990, we detected the dust concentration in the air of the cotton spinning workshop. The bacteria numbers and mold numbers in the air were measured by the sedimentation method and the LWC-1 air microorganism sampler. The results were as follows. Microbiological monitoring of the air in the workshop (Table 1 and Table 2) Table 1 shows that there are more bacilli in the air in the workshop than in the coccus, of which, the number of gram-negative bacilli is the most. This is related to the reports of cotton pneumoconiosis and gram-negative bacilli and endotoxins Relevant. Bacilli are mainly Bacillus, Corynebacterium, Pseudomonas and Enterobacter bacteria. Table 2 prompts the workshop of mold in the air to Penicillium and Aspergillus dominant strains.
