1病例报告患者女,55岁。因头痛、头晕伴听力下降20年余,入院就诊。查体:体温36.5℃,脉搏56/min,呼吸18次/min,血压130/57mmHg。发育正常,神志清楚,语言清晰,精神尚可。头颅无畸形,颈外观无异常,无颈静脉怒张及颈动脉异常搏动,颈无抵抗。四肢肌肉无肥大及萎缩,肌张力略增高。头颅磁共振成像(MRI)检查见颅内多发大小不等类圆形异常信号,部分见宽基底与颅骨相连T1加权呈等信号或略低信号,T2加权呈高信
A case report patient female, 55 years old. Due to headache, dizziness with hearing loss for more than 20 years, admitted to hospital. Physical examination: body temperature 36.5 ℃, pulse 56 / min, breathing 18 times / min, blood pressure 130 / 57mmHg. Normal development, conscious, language is clear, the spirit is acceptable. No deformity of the skull, no abnormal appearance of the neck, no jugular vein dilatation and abnormal beating of the carotid artery, neck without resistance. Limbs muscle hypertrophy and atrophy, muscle tension increased slightly. Head MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) to see the intracranial multiple sizes ranging from circular abnormal signal, part of the wide base and the skull connected T1 weighted was equal signal or slightly lower signal, T2 weighted was high
