长期以来,我们在箱式电炉中加热工件时,为防止氧化脱碳一直采用木炭保护。淬火后工件硬度比在盐浴炉中加热后淬火的低,而且劳动条件差。我们在厂、车间领导的关怀下,经过全班同志共同努力找到了用浸涂法来防止工件淬火加热时的氧化脱碳。已应用半年,现把配方介绍如下:配方1:水玻璃(工业用)加三乙醇胺(试剂)。配制方法是:向水玻璃中徐绘加入三乙醇胺,边加边搅拌,直到出现絮状物时,停止加三乙醇
