The world arms market has always been regarded as a “death market.” It can bring 20% to 800% of profits to arms dealers. Since the 1980s, the world’s weapons market has undergone tremendous changes. On the one hand, the total amount of world arms deals has continued to decline. On the other hand, the enthusiasm of traditional and new arms exporting countries in exporting weapons continues to increase. Against this backdrop, the conventional diesel-electric submarine market in the world is very optimistic. The sales of diesel-electric submarines are constantly increasing. In particular, the demand for diesel-electric submarines in the Third World is increasing rapidly, and the world’s arms and military powers are competing against each other.
