目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定活血止痛片中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2 C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(30:70),检测波长为320 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果:阿魏酸进样量在0.01～0.14μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.6%,RSD0.2%(n=6)。结论:方法操作简便,结果可靠,重复性好,可用于活血止痛片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Huoxue Zhitong Tablets. Methods: The column was Hypersil ODS2 C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-1% acetic acid solution (30:70). The detection wavelength was 320 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min~( -1). Results: The linear range of ferulic acid injection was in the range of 0.01-0.14 μg (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 98.6% and the RSD was 0.2% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable, and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of Huoxue Zhitong tablets.
