目的对玉溪市适龄儿童麻疹疫苗(MV)常规免疫后抗体水平进行评价,为今后制定相关策略提供科学依据。方法对674名适龄儿童血清标本采用ELISA法检测麻疹抗体IgG。结果麻疹抗体阳性率90.06%,几何平均滴度(GMT)1:518.26,不同年龄抗体阳性率差异无显著性(χ2=2.62,P>0.05),保护率和GMT差异有显著性(χ2=15.83,F=4.6,P均<0.05);不同地区儿童麻疹抗体阳性率、保护率和GMT差异均有显著性(χ12=9.39,χ22=56.6,F=18.4,P均<0.01。)(χ2=9.39,P<0.01);男女之间抗体阳性率、保护率和GMT差异无显著性(χ12=0.22,χ22=0.28,u=0.39,P均>0.05)。结论玉溪市适龄儿童麻疹抗体水平较高,并形成有效免疫屏障。
Objective To evaluate the antibody level of measles vaccine (MV) after routine immunization in Yuxi City, and to provide a scientific basis for formulating relevant strategies in future. Methods Serum samples from 674 school-age children were tested for measles IgG by ELISA. Results The positive rate of measles antibody was 90.06%, and the geometric mean titer (GMT) was 1: 518.26. There was no significant difference in antibody positive rate at different ages (χ2 = 2.62, P> 0.05) , F = 4.6, P <0.05). The positive rate of measles antibody, protective rate and GMT in children in different areas were significantly different (χ2 = 9.39, χ22 = 56.6, F = 18.4, P <0.01) 9.39, P <0.01). There was no significant difference in antibody positive rate, protection rate and GMT between male and female (χ12 = 0.22, χ22 = 0.28, u = 0.39, P> 0.05). Conclusion The measles antibody of Yixi school-age children is higher and forms an effective immune barrier.
