对于环卫设备企业而言,制定有针对性的发展战略会对其发展起到积极的促进作用。环卫设备企业的子公司分布区域较多,且不同子公司的发展现状存在一定的区别,因此其在制定发展战略的过程中,应该注重上述两方面问题的考虑。本文从发展战略的概念入手,针对环卫设备企业的发展现状,以SC公司为例,阐述了环卫设备企业多区域差异化发展战略如何制定。旨在为环卫设备企业制定发展战略提供指导。
For sanitation equipment enterprises, the development of targeted development strategy will play a positive role in promoting its development. The subsidiaries of sanitation equipment enterprises have more distribution areas, and there are certain differences in the development status of different subsidiaries. Therefore, in the process of formulating the development strategy, the subsidiaries of sanitation equipment enterprises should pay attention to the above two considerations. Starting from the concept of development strategy, this paper aims at the current situation of the development of sanitation equipment enterprises. Taking SC company as an example, this article elaborates how to develop the multi-region differentiation strategy of sanitation equipment enterprises. The purpose is to provide guidance for sanitation equipment manufacturers to formulate their development strategies.
