有限元法(FEM)作为一种有效的数学工具在口腔生物力学研究中的应用日趋广泛。与实验应力分析相比,它具有诸多优点。而种植义齿生物力学相容性差是其修复失败的一个重要原因。FEM在口腔种植领域的应用,使种植义齿生物力学的研究进入了一个新的阶段。
Finite element method (FEM) has been widely used in oral biomechanics as an effective mathematical tool. Compared with the experimental stress analysis, it has many advantages. The poor biomechanical compatibility of implants is an important reason for its failure to repair. The application of FEM in the field of dental implants has brought the study of implant denture biomechanics into a new stage.
