Over the past few years, our institute has implemented a series of responsibility measures on the reform of the management system, laying the foundation for the deepening reform of the medical system. Now on the reform of our hospital management system and the transformation of medical service marketization, we will discuss a few understandings and experiences: First, implement the application experience of the comprehensive target management responsibility system. The status of social and economic benefits is the yardstick for measuring and evaluating the direction and success of hospital reform. In the past, despite the implementation of the president’s responsibility system in our hospital, the form was single and the responsibility was not perfect. Therefore, many new contradictions and problems have emerged.
