目前,多数初中课堂教学由于受班级授课制的束缚,教师在课前、课中、课后环节设计上很少顾及好、中、差各类学生的智能差异,采用“满堂灌”、“一刀切”的方法进行教学,使得优生吃不饱,差生吃不了,中等生吃不好,从而导致学生被动地错过了思维和能力发展的机会。为了从根本上改变这一状况,我校开展了《“分步递进分层达标”小班化教学的实践研究》课题研究,基于此课题的研究背景下,笔者在数学课堂中进行了分组策略下的分层教学的方法探索。
