细胞凋亡失控是肿瘤的一个标志,与多种恶性肿瘤的发生和发展相关,肿瘤细胞内肿瘤凋亡抑制蛋白(IAP)家族的表达上调正是肿瘤细胞产生辐射抗性和耐药性的基础。Smac来源于线粒体,能特异地作用于IAP家族的XIAP,解除其凋亡抑制作用,从而激活半胱氨酸蛋白酶,发挥其促细胞凋亡作用,对肿瘤细胞有辐射和化疗増敏作用,可能成为肿瘤治疗的新方法和新途径,是目前相关领域的研究热点。
Uncontrolled apoptosis is a sign of tumor, which is related to the occurrence and development of various malignant tumors.
