武钢股份炼钢总厂某炼钢厂连铸扇形段拉矫机电机控制系统主要由西门子PLC、AB700变频器、操作远程站及用于监控的WINCC画面4个部分所组成。详细介绍了如何利用西门子PLC和WINCC软件技术来实现对连铸拉矫机电机运行电流的监控与报警,通过进行相应的PLC硬件组态配置、AB变频器参数设置、软件编程以及WINCC监控与故障报警画面的制作,从而实现了对拉矫机电机运行电流的实时监控以及运行电流异常变化趋势的故障报警控制功能,以便及时对异常情况采取有效的解决处理措施。这项技术的应用不仅实现了对连铸拉矫机电机运行系统的智能控制,也直接关系到炼钢厂板坯的生产质量。
