目的研究胃癌组织和癌旁中Cyclin D1、Cyclin E的表达情况,探讨它们在胃癌发生发展中的作用及其相关性。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测62例胃癌标本及22例癌旁中Cyclin D1、Cyclin E的表达情况。结果①胃癌组织Cyclin D1蛋白及Cyclin E蛋白阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,其比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②随着胃癌浸润深度的增加、分化程度的降低、淋巴结转移的出现Cyclin D1、Cyclin E阳性表达率升高(P<0.05)。③在胃癌组织中,CyclinD1、Cyclin E的表达呈正相关(r=0.615,P<0.01),均呈升高趋势。结论 Cyclin D1、Cyclin E均参与胃癌的发生和发展,二者可成为判断胃癌恶性程度有价值的指标,也可成为预后评估的指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E in gastric cancer tissues and their adjacent tissues and to explore their roles in the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric cancer. Methods The expressions of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E in 62 specimens of gastric cancer and 22 specimens of paracancer were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results ① The positive rates of Cyclin D1 protein and Cyclin E protein in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in paracancer tissues (P <0.01). (2) With the increase of the depth of gastric cancer invasion and differentiation, the positive rate of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E in lymph node metastasis increased (P <0.05). (3) The expression of CyclinD1 and Cyclin E in gastric cancer tissues was positively correlated (r = 0.615, P <0.01), both showed an increasing trend. Conclusions Both Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E are involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. Both of them may become valuable indexes to judge the degree of malignancy of gastric cancer, and may also be indicators of prognosis evaluation.
