目的探讨家蝇幼虫分泌型抗菌肽对正常小鼠免疫功能影响。方法选用BalB/c小鼠,随机分为对照组(生理盐水)和家蝇幼虫分泌型抗菌肽(腹腔注射)5、10、20 mg/kg组,每天1次,7 d后处死小鼠,测量体重、胸腺/体重比值、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力、刀豆蛋白A诱导小鼠脾T淋巴细胞转化率、碳粒廓清能力及半数溶血值。结果 10、20 mg/kg抗菌肽组小鼠脾脏指数分别为(7.41±0.93)和(7.56±1.05),胸腺指数分别为(3.80±0.69)和(3.51±1.02),巨噬细胞吞噬率为(38.81±7.88)%和(40.16±9.74)%,脾脏酸性磷酸酶活性分别为(268.60±36.64)、(270.48±54.62)U/g,脾T淋巴细胞转化率分别为(0.31±0.11)%和(0.32±0.09)%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。抗菌肽组小鼠体重及血清半数溶血值与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论家蝇幼虫分泌型抗菌肽对小鼠具有增强免疫功能作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of secreted antimicrobial peptides from housefly larvae on immune function in normal mice. Methods BalB / c mice were randomly divided into control group (normal saline) and housefly larvae secretory antimicrobial peptide (ip) 5,10,20 mg / kg group, once a day, 7 days after the mice were sacrificed, Measurement of body weight, thymus / body weight ratio, mouse peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis of chicken erythrocytes, concanavalin A induced mouse T lymphocyte transformation rate, carbon clearance and half hemolytic value. Results The spleen indexes of the 10,20 mg / kg antimicrobial peptide group were (7.41 ± 0.93) and (7.56 ± 1.05) respectively, the thymus index was (3.80 ± 0.69) and (3.51 ± 1.02) (38.81 ± 7.88)% and (40.16 ± 9.74)% respectively. The activity of spleen acid phosphatase was (268.60 ± 36.64) and (270.48 ± 54.62) U / g respectively and the T lymphocyte transformation rate was (0.31 ± 0.11)% And (0.32 ± 0.09)%, respectively, which were significantly different from the control group (all P <0.05). The body weight and serum hemolytic value of antimicrobial peptide group had no significant difference compared with the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Musca domestica larvae secreted antimicrobial peptides can enhance the immune function in mice.
