随着我国社会经济的快速发展,我国建筑市场的竞争也日益加剧,国内建筑业利润低存在具有长期性和普遍性的特征,其暴露出公路施工企业项目成本管理存在严重的问题。在公路施工建设过程中,对工程项目成本进行合理控制,从而实现对工程建设过程的合理组织、实施、控制、分析、跟踪和核算等,强化经营管理,完善成本管理制度,提高成本核算水平,降低工程成本,为整体工程建设取得良好的经济效益提供保障。本文结合自身实践经验,简要分析公路施工企业项目成本控制方法,以为相关工作人员的理论研究和实践提供有用的参考。
With the rapid development of social economy in our country, the competition in the construction market of our country is also aggravating day by day. The low profit in the domestic construction industry has the characteristics of long-term and universal. It reveals that there are serious problems in project cost management of highway construction enterprises. In the process of highway construction, the cost of the project is reasonably controlled, so as to reasonably organize, implement, control, analyze, track and calculate the construction process so as to strengthen the operation and management, perfect the cost management system, raise the level of cost accounting, Reduce the cost of the project, and provide good protection for the overall economic development of the project. Based on my own practical experience, this article briefly analyzes the project cost control methods of highway construction enterprises in order to provide a useful reference for the theoretical research and practice of relevant staff.
