近十年来,世界上电弧炉炼钢的产量以每年大约5%的速度递增。电弧炉冶炼工艺的不断发展使得现代电弧炉能够提供最佳质量的产品,获得良好的经济效益。目前,降低操作费用、提高生产率、实现电炉生产自动化的需要变得日益迫切。利用计算机技术,对电弧炉电力系统、能量输入、配料、精炼等一系列过程进行监测、控制,就是一条提高生产效率、降低操作费用的有效途径。
In the past decade, the world’s electric arc furnace steel production at about 5% annual rate of increase. The continuous development of electric arc furnace smelting process makes the modern electric arc furnace to provide the best quality products, access to good economic benefits. At present, the need to reduce operating costs, increase productivity and automate the production of electric furnaces has become increasingly urgent. Using computer technology to monitor and control a series of processes such as electric arc furnace power system, energy input, ingredients and refining is an effective way to increase production efficiency and reduce operating costs.
