全国农机管理战线的同志们:在八十年代第一个春天来到的时候,党的十一届五中全会胜利召开了,这是多么鼓舞人心的时刻啊!我们从全国各地来到首都北京,参加了全国农机管理工作会议,感到格外喜悦。在会议中,我们学习了党的十一届五中全会公报,受到极大的鼓舞。同时,还学到了各地的许多宝贵经验。大会给了我们很大的荣誉和鼓励。应当说,我们在工作中做出的成绩还是很不够的,荣誉应该归于党的领导,归于农机战线的全体同志,归于农村的广大干部和社员群众。
National Commanders of Farm Machinery Management Comrades: When the first spring of the eighties arrived, the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party was successfully held. What a heart-inspiring moment! We came to the capital Beijing from all over the country , Participated in the national agricultural management conference, I feel particularly pleased. During the meeting, we learned the Communique of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party and were greatly encouraged. At the same time, I learned many valuable experiences from all over. The conference gave us great honor and encouragement. It should be said that the achievements we have made in our work are still not sufficient. The honor should be attributed to the leadership of the party, all the comrades at the front of the agricultural machinery, and the vast majority of cadres and members of the public who belong to the rural areas.
