[方法]针对二乙醇胺合成亚氨基二乙酸工艺中铜锆催化剂催化性能差,进而造成该工艺反应时间长、产物收率低等问题,利用有机溶剂、表面活性剂对铜锆催化剂进行改性。[结果]在相同的反应条件下,改性后的铜锆催化剂较未改性催化剂反应时间缩短45%(由3.3 h缩短到1.8 h),反应收率提高7.9%(由89.6%提高到97.5%),比表面积增加47.3%(由95 m2/g增加到140 m2/g)。[结论]采用乙胺对铜锆催化剂改性后,催化剂性能大幅提升,达到了改性效果。
