一概述塑料注射模具的有效使用次数取决于塑料制品的需要量。若制件在市场上滞消,那尽管模具完好无损,但也失去了使用价值。对于商品竞争激烈、产品更新换代迅速的令天,模具的使用寿命也要与之相适应。为此开发了许多制造简易模具的新技术。但对于大批量生产的型料注射模具尚存在提高模具寿命问题。在实践生产中影响模具使用寿命的主要原因不外乎有以下三个方面,即模具设计不合理,模具制造不精确和模具使用不适当等。本文着重探讨
