目的探讨MRI动态增强技术(DCE-MRI)对小乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法以DCE-MRI和彩超分别对2011年1月~2016年5月我院收治的45例小乳腺癌疑似病例进行检查,对比分析两种诊断方法的灵敏度、特异度和准确性。结果 DCE-MRI诊断灵敏度100%、特异度90.0%、准确性98.2%,特异度和准确性与对照组比较P<0.05。结论以MRI动态增强扫描技术定性诊断小乳腺癌具有高水平的特异性和敏感性,能够较为准确的为小乳腺癌的临床鉴别提供影像学信息。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) for small breast cancer. Methods DCE-MRI and color Doppler ultrasound were from January 2011 to May 2016 in our hospital 45 cases of suspected cases of small breast cancer were examined and compared the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the two diagnostic methods. Results The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of DCE-MRI were 100%, 90.0% and 98.2%, respectively. The specificity and accuracy of DCE-MRI were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The dynamic diagnosis of small breast cancer with MRI dynamic enhanced scan has high specificity and sensitivity, and can provide accurate imaging information for clinical diagnosis of small breast cancer.
