制定卫生资源优化配置标准必须考虑各区域的复杂情况 ,不同的类型地区应有不同的配置标准。本文按区域人口、居民健康状况、居民文化生活水平、社会经济状况及政府对卫生投入四大类影响因素设计出 5 0个基本指标 ,从5 0个基本指标中产生 42个派生指标 ,利用专家咨询法、离散趋势法、聚类分析法和因子分析法分别从四大类影响因素中筛选指标 ,找出有实用性、灵敏性、代表性和独立性的指标 6个 ,用此 6个指标对广东省 2 1个地级市 1994年和 1997年的资料进行样本聚类 ,其结果大致反映了实际区域的分布情况。
The formulation of standards for optimal allocation of health resources must take into account the complex conditions of each region, and different types of regions should have different configuration standards. This paper designs 50 basic indicators according to the regional population, residents’ health status, residents’ cultural and living standards, socio-economic status, and the government’s influence on health care input. There are 42 derived indicators generated from 50 basic indicators and the use of experts. Consultation method, discrete trend method, cluster analysis method and factor analysis method were used to select indicators from the four categories of influencing factors, and 6 indicators with practicability, agility, representativeness and independence were found. Using these 6 indicators Sample clustering was performed on data from 1994 and 1997 in 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province. The results generally reflect the distribution of actual regions.
