教学成绩是教学质量评价的要素之一。运用比较科学、合理的评价方法客观、准确地评价教师的教学成绩,一直是中小学教学管理工作者所探讨的一个焦点课题,遵循发展性评价理念、借鉴比值评价法的成功做法,我们提出了发展性教学成绩量化评价思路:即以发展的眼光看待教师的教学成绩,用动态的教学发展率差量化法科学地衡量教师的教学成绩。
Teaching scores are one of the elements of teaching quality evaluation. The use of more scientific and reasonable evaluation methods to objectively and accurately evaluate teachers’ teaching performance has always been a key topic discussed by primary and secondary school teaching management workers. Following the successful approach of developing evaluation concepts and drawing on the ratio evaluation method, we proposed The development of quantitative evaluation of teaching achievement ideas: that is, a development perspective of the teacher’s teaching results, with a dynamic method of teaching development rate difference quantification method to scientifically measure the teacher’s teaching scores.
