一侧茎突过长并导致茎突综合征者临床并不鲜见,两侧茎突同时超长者临床却罕见。现将该病例报告如下。患者,男,42岁,因咽部异物感伴左侧发作性咽痛6个月于2004年12月20日入院。体检:双侧扁桃体Ⅰ度,双侧扁桃体窝均可触及条索状硬物,茎突螺旋CT扫描及三维重建成像显示:双侧茎突过 Side of the styloid process is too long and lead to clinical symptoms of styloid syndrome is not uncommon, both sides of the styloid process at the same time ultra-rare clinical.
