目的通过分析焦磷酸法测定粉尘中游离二氧化硅(SiO_2)含量的几个主要影响因素,在实验过程中对主要影响环节加以改进和控制,使粉尘中游离SiO_2含量的准确性得到保障。方法查阅相关文献,并结合日常实践经验对实验过程中的影响因素和控制办法进行了探讨。对实验过程中把握好粉尘样品处理、焦磷酸制备、温度控制、粉尘性质的判定等环节进行了综合分析。结果通过对实验过程中温度的严格把控,及对其他影响因素的控制和改进,可以有效地避免粉尘中游离SiO_2含量测定的误差。结论在游离SiO_2测定过程中对样品成分判定的重要性,同时在焦磷酸的制备和焦磷酸溶解样品中应严格控制溶液的温度,以及稀释样品和过滤时对操作速度等关键因素的控制,并可用分析纯SiO_2与样品同步做加标回收实验。从而可以得到分析数据的准确性。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the main factors affecting the content of free silicon dioxide (SiO 2) in dust by pyrophosphate method, and to improve and control the main influence during the experiment, the accuracy of the content of free SiO_2 in dust is guaranteed. Methods to consult the relevant literature, combined with daily practical experience of the experimental process of influencing factors and control methods are discussed. During the experiment, a comprehensive analysis of the aspects of handling dust samples, preparing pyrophosphoric acid, controlling temperature and judging the nature of dust was carried out.
