近来,芥子阿的平荧光素带型分析证明,Ph~1染色体是长臂部分缺失的第22对染色体,而其缺失的部分易位到第9对染色体的长臂。这种易位亦可在第22对与第9对以外其它染色体之间发生。据报告,除慢性粒细胞性白血病(OGL)外,其它疾病(急性粒细胞性白血病、急性红白血病)也可能有Pb~1染色体。本文介绍一例曾在广岛原子弹爆炸时受害、后来患了急性粒细胞性白血病(AML)的患者。其末梢血和骨髓的带型分析,证明有Ph~1染色体及9q~+;22q~-易位。
Recently, the phosphorylated banding analysis of the Arabidopsis thaliana revealed that the Ph~1 chromosome is the 22nd pair of chromosomes that are partially missing in the long arm, and its missing part is translocated to the long arm of the 9th pair of chromosomes. This translocation can also occur between chromosomes other than the 22nd and 9th pairs. According to reports, in addition to chronic myelogenous leukemia (OGL), other diseases (acute myelogenous leukemia, acute erythroleukemia) may also have Pb~1 chromosomes. This article describes an example of a patient who had suffered from an atomic explosion in Hiroshima and later developed acute myelogenous leukemia (AML). The banded analysis of its peripheral blood and bone marrow proved to have Ph~1 chromosome and 9q~+;22q~-translocation.
