研究国产碳纤维/QY9611复合材料在3种不同湿热环境(水煮、70℃水浸、70℃下85%相对湿度)下的吸湿规律;考察不同湿热条件对复合材料层间剪切性能的影响规律;在3种不同湿热环境下对复合材料进行定量吸湿,并测试定量吸湿下复合材料常温的层间剪切性能。结果表明:湿热环境越恶劣,平衡吸湿量越大,吸湿速率越快;3种湿热环境的吸湿过程中材料并没有发生化学变化;碳纤维/QY9611复合材料在湿态23℃和150℃层间剪切性能保持率分别在88%和70%以上;碳纤维/QY9611复合材料吸湿后层间剪切性能主要由吸湿率决定,不同湿热条件相同吸湿率下层间剪切性能的下降幅度基本相同。
The moisture absorption rules of domestic carbon fiber / QY9611 composites in three different hot and humid environments (boiled, 70 ℃, 85% relative humidity at 70 ℃) were investigated. The effects of different wet and heat conditions on shear properties of the composite were investigated The composite was quantitatively hygroscopic in three different hot and humid environments and the interlaminar shear properties at room temperature of the composite under constant moisture absorption were tested. The results showed that the worse the hot and humid environment, the larger the moisture absorption and the faster the moisture absorption rate. The chemical changes of the materials did not occur during the moisture absorption in the three wet and hot environments. The carbon fiber / QY9611 composites were cut at between 23 ℃ and 150 ℃ The shear properties of the carbon fiber / QY9611 composite after moisture absorption are mainly determined by the moisture absorption rate, and the reduction rate of the interlaminar shear properties under the same moisture absorption and moisture absorption is basically the same.
