高渗溶液具有抗低血容量性休克的作用,其机理尚未完全阐明。目前的研究表明,高渗溶液抗休克的机制可能在于:提高血容量,改善微循环;增加心肌细胞胞浆内钙含量,增强心脏功能;激活中枢神经系统一个或多个部位,通过神经或体液因素影响心血管功能。至于肺-迷走神经反射,目前多认为在高渗溶液抗休克的作用机理中不起重要作用。
