The average positive rate of anti-HCV in blood donors in 6 donated blood donors was 45.82% (203/443), blood donation was 2.97% (31/1045), 3 provincial-level blood stations and 4 A county hospital donors blood plasma anti-HCV average positive rate of 17. 45% (186/1066), blood donation of 1.17% (10/856), voluntary blood donors of 0.49% (6/1223) and anti-HCV screening rate of 23.1% 90.9% with an average of 78.4% (109/139), anti-HCV annual positive rate of 7.23% (68/940). The results of this study show that both before and after anti-HCV screening, HCV infection caused by cross-contamination of blood donors (blood plasma) is very serious. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to strengthen blood collection and blood-donation management and anti-HCV screening and advocate a voluntary blood donation system.
