目的研究南京地区人群天然牙色度分布规律,为临床比色提供参考依据。方法采用国际照明委员会(CIE)L*a*b*色度系统,用ShadeEyeNCC测色仪对南京地区居民318人天然牙进行色度值测定、分析。结果上中切牙与上侧切牙、上侧切牙与上尖牙、上中切牙与上尖牙间平均色差△E分别是2.42、4.91和7.05;下中切牙与下侧切牙、下侧切牙与下尖牙、下中切牙与下尖牙间平均色差△E分别是2.01、3.74和5.69;上下尖牙和第一前磨牙颜色都很接近,上颌尖牙彩度较深,明度略低。40岁之前,随年龄增长L*值和a*值分别呈线性变化,明度依次降低,a*值依次增大。结论南京地区人群前牙修复时,中切牙、侧切牙和尖牙分别选择不同的颜色,相互间维持一定的色差,可能达到更逼真、自然的效果;40岁前后10年,是一生中牙齿颜色变化最大的年龄段。
Objective To study the distribution of natural tooth color in Nanjing population and provide reference for clinical colorimetry. Methods The CIE L * a * b * chromaticity system was used to measure the chromaticity of 318 native teeth in Nanjing residents by ShadeEyeNCC colorimeter. Conclusion During the anterior teeth restoration of Nanjing population, the different colors of the incisors, lateral incisors and canines were chosen respectively to maintain a certain color difference between each other, which may achieve a more realistic and natural effect.
