目的:分析中国野生华东葡萄(V.pseudoreticulata)白河-35-1株系成熟果皮中白藜芦醇含量及其抗氧化活性。方法:采用超声波法提取样品中的白藜芦醇,HPLC法检测其中反式结构物质的浓度,并分析其对DPPH·、·OH、O2-·3种自由基的清除能力和Res抗ONOO-断裂DNA的能力。结果:成熟果皮中白藜芦醇含量为138.4μg/g。在一定浓度范围内,其抗氧化能力随浓度的增加而加强。结论:多次重复超声处理有助于提取果皮中的白藜芦醇。此野生葡萄株系成熟果皮中白藜芦醇含量相对其它鲜食和酿酒葡萄明显偏高,抗氧化活性强,具有极高的开发应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the content of resveratrol in mature peel of Shuihe-35-1 strain of V. pseudoreticulata and its antioxidative activity. Methods: The resveratrol was extracted by ultrasonic method and the content of trans structural substance was detected by HPLC. The ability of scavenging DPPH ·, · OH · O2 · · 3 and the activity of resisting ONOO- The ability to break DNA. Results: The content of resveratrol in mature peel was 138.4μg / g. In a certain concentration range, its antioxidant capacity increased with the concentration increased. Conclusions: Repeated sonication helps to extract resveratrol in the peel. The content of resveratrol in the mature peel of the wild grapevine was obviously higher than that of other fresh grapes and wine grape, and has strong antioxidant activity and high development and application value.
