目的:基于医院视角下考核人才的标准,对医学毕业生就业能力进行分析,为科室选拔人才提供参考和意见。方法对医学毕业生及科室核心组专家进行问卷调查,使用 SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析,采用单因素方差分析对不同背景变量与就业能力认知进行差异性检验。结果热衷于“编制”要求的毕业生占比仅为31.5%;男性对沟通能力(P <0.01)、解决问题能力(P <0.001)、组织能力(P <0.01)的重要性认知均高于女性;随着学历的增高对沟通能力的重视程度递增(P <0.001);26岁~30岁年龄段的毕业生比其他年龄段毕业生更加重视沟通能力(P <0.001),30岁以上毕业生更加看重解决问题能力(P <0.001)。结论医学毕业生应当更加理性地规划自己的职业生涯,医院应当结合现实情况和发展需求,合理对人力资源进行配置,充分发挥员工自主意识与潜能,促进医院与毕业生共同发展。“,”Objective To analyze medical graduates’employability so as to provide reference and advice for departments selecting talents based on talents evaluation standards in hospital perspective. Methods Questionnaire survey is conducted specific to medical graduates and core expert groups,SPSS 18.0 software is adopted to make statistic analysis,and single factor variance analysis is applied to have difference examination to various background variables and employability cognition.Results Only 31.5% of total graduates are enthusiastic about “authorized strength”requirements;males pay more at-tention to the cognition of communication(P <0.01),ability of solving problems (P <0.001)and organi-zational capability(P <0.01)than females;graduates with higher academic qualifications value more about communication ability(P <0.001);graduates at the age of 26 to 30 attach more importance to communi-cation ability (P <0.001)than other ages,and graduates above 30 think highly of ability of solving prob-lems (P <0.001).Conclusions Medical graduates should plan their careers rationally,hospitals should combine reality with development demands,make reasonable manpower resources allocation,give full play to employee’s consciousness and potential and simulate the development of hospitals and graduates.
