利用透射电镜及X射线衍射仪研究了Cu Ni Si合金时效早期的组织转变规律。结果表明 ,该合金在时效早期 ,过饱和固溶体首先短程有序化 ,随后通过成分调幅形成贫、富溶质区 ,成分调幅过程中伴随有序反应 ,最终在溶质富集区内形成Ni2 Si相 ,通过构造热力学图形 ,直观地解释了该合金时效早期调幅分解与有序化共存的的可能性。
The microstructure and transformation of Cu-Ni-Si alloy were studied by TEM and X-ray diffraction. The results show that in the early stage of aging, the supersaturated solid solution first short-range orderly and then form the lean and rich solute regions by the compositional amplitude modulation. The composition is accompanied by an ordered reaction in the amplitude modulation process and finally forms Ni2Si phase in the solute- By constructing the thermodynamic diagram, the possibility of early AM decomposition and orderly coexistence of the alloy is explained intuitively.
