关于钛的恒电流库仑滴定法文献中已有过一些报导.在已提出的方法中基本上都是以锌汞齐,镉汞齐或二价铬先将 Ti(Ⅳ)还原为 Ti(Ⅲ),然后以适当的电生氧化剂进行滴定.也提出过电生 Cr(Ⅱ)直接滴定法,但因电流效率低,误差较大.本文采用铁粉为还原剂,在滴定池中直接还原 Ti(Ⅳ),并以反应产物 Fe(Ⅱ)为发生电解质.电解产生 Fe(Ⅲ)对 Ti(Ⅲ)进行库仑滴定.此法简便快速,准确度较高.由于铁粉是适中的还原剂,Fe(Ⅲ)又是较弱的氧化剂,因而选择性也比较好.
Titanium has been reported in the literature for constant-current coulometric titration of titanium. In the proposed method, Ti (IV) is first reduced to Ti (IV) by zinc amalgam, cadmium amalgam, , And then titrated with appropriate electrooxidants.It is also proposed that titration of over-generation Cr (Ⅱ) is direct titration, but the current efficiency is low and the error is great.In this paper, iron powder is used as reducing agent to directly reduce Ti Ⅳ), and the reaction product of Fe (Ⅱ) for the occurrence of electrolyte. Electrolytic generation of Fe (Ⅲ) of the titration of Ti (Ⅲ) coulometric. This method is simple and rapid, high accuracy. As iron is a moderate reducing agent, Fe (III) is a weaker oxidant, so the selectivity is better.
