在透射电镜下考察了在铁镍铬封接合金氧化膜表面生成的氧化晶须,观察到了氧化晶须的几种形貌,确认了氧化晶须的头部为多面体。结合电子衍射和能谱分析结果,证实了氧化晶须为(Fe,Mn)Cr_2O_4。
The oxidized whiskers generated on the surface of Fe-Cr-Cr alloyed films were investigated by transmission electron microscopy. Several morphologies of oxidized whiskers were observed, confirming that the heads of oxidized whiskers were polyhedral. Combined with the results of electron diffraction and energy spectrum analysis, it was confirmed that the whisker of whisker was (Fe, Mn) Cr 2 O 4.
