一、前言钨的熔点高,高温机械性能好,是一种很好的高温料材。再加之它的高温蒸汽压低,良好的电性能。因此在工业上获得了广泛的应用。根据不同的用途,采用各种不同形式的加工材:如丝、棒、板、带、箔、管等。尺寸不同的钨管主要用于发热元件、热电发射体、液体金属容器等。但钨的加工较困难,小尺寸或壁薄而长的钨管加工工艺更为困难。因此,人们发展了多种其他方法生产此类管材。化学气相沉积法即其中之一。
