外伤造成上前牙牙冠折断是牙折中最常见的现象。以往,粘接材料质量性能欠佳,使粘接技术受到限制,常将折断的牙冠摒弃,而修复成人造牙冠。人造牙冠无论从材料性能,近期效果以及美观等方面与天然牙均存在着较大差异。近年来,由于复合树脂类的进展,粘接技术得到迅速提高,我们自1986年3月开始应用天津医疗器械六厂生产的TM牙釉质粘接剂对10例15颗牙冠折断的离体冠进行了复位接冠术,经6～15个月的追踪观察,效果良好。现报告如下。一般资料 10例患者,男性8例,女性2例;年龄在14～37岁之间。100例共15颗冠折的牙齿,其中16颗,14颗,24颗,21颗。牙折线一般呈近远中向横
