陪产假是男性劳动者的一项生育假,能够使其在家照顾妻子和新生儿,尽到家庭与社会责任。现实中由于立法的欠缺与保障机制的不足,导致劳动者的陪产假权益缺乏有效保护。加大对劳动者陪产假保护力度,能够有效促进两孩政策的全面实施,建立和谐稳定的社会关系与温暖的家庭氛围。
Paternity leave is a maternity leave for male laborers, enabling them to take care of their wives and newborns at home and to fulfill their family and social responsibilities. In reality, due to the lack of legislation and the insufficiency of the safeguard mechanism, workers’ rights of paternity leave are not effectively protected. Increasing the protection of workers’ paternity leave can effectively promote the full implementation of the “two children” policy and establish a harmonious and stable social relationship and a warm family atmosphere.
