PLC/PRF/5人肝癌细胞系具有完整的HBV DNA,有助于体外研究HBV基因。蛋白合成抑制剂可以抑制此细胞系产生HBsAg,然而DNA合成抑制剂则不能抑制HBsAg的产生。本文报告3种RNA和蛋白合成抑制剂[3′-脱氧腺苷3′-da)、6-氮尿苷(6-au)和潮霉素B(Hyg B))对PLC/PRF/5人肝癌细胞系细胞的生长和产生HBsAg的影响。
The PLC/PRF/5 human hepatoma cell line has intact HBV DNA and is useful for the in vitro study of HBV genes. Protein synthesis inhibitors inhibit the production of HBsAg in this cell line, whereas DNA synthesis inhibitors do not inhibit the production of HBsAg.
