一、新式可变喷孔柱塞阀喷咀随着石油价格的上涨,人们对柴油机热效率越来越重视。柴油机热效率在很大程度上取决于燃油的雾化质量。而这又在很大程度上取决于喷油咀的设计。到目前为止,针阀式喷油咀几乎是一切柴油机的标准喷油咀型式。这种喷油咀存在着一些固有缺点。图1是装多孔喷油咀的整体喷油器的喷射特性曲线。其喷射压力、喷油持续角、循环喷油量随柴油机转速有较大变化。产生这种特性的原因是因为喷油咀的喷孔直接位于燃烧室
