目的:在模拟高原环境下,探讨自主研制开发基于富氧膜技术的富氧机对机体血氧饱和度(SpO2)以及行为能力的影响。方法:在低压高原模拟舱中分别模拟海拔3000m,4000m,5000m的高原环境,利用PhilipsMP20多参数检测仪监测8名受试对象在每个模拟海拔高度下使用富氧机前后的SpO2。同时,在模拟海拔5000m的高原环境下,对比8名受试对象使用富氧机前后行为能力(包括目标追踪与二维数字搜索两个实验项目)的测量得分。结果:使用富氧机后,受试者SpO2在三个模拟海拔高度下均显著增高(P<0.05);模拟海拔5000m的高原环境下,受试者行为能力得分显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:使用富氧机能显著增加高原环境下机体的SpO2,提高缺氧环境下的作业效能。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of self-developed oxygen enrichment (OXO) -based oxygen enrichment on body oxygen saturation (SpO2) and behavioral abilities under simulated plateau conditions. Methods: The altitude of 3000m altitude, 4000m altitude and 5000m altitude was simulated in the low pressure plateau simulation cabin. The SpO2 of 8 subjects at each simulated altitude were monitored by using Philips MP20 multi - parameter detector. At the same time, the measured scores of 8 subjects before and after using oxygen-enriched machine (including two experimental items of target tracking and two-dimensional digital search) were compared under the altitude of 5000m simulated altitude. Results: SpO2 was significantly increased at all three simulated altitude (P <0.05). After simulated altitude of 5000 m, SpO2 was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of oxygen enrichment can significantly increase the body’s SpO2 in the plateau environment, and improve the work efficiency in the hypoxic environment.
