“合同计划法”是在教师充分认识自身专业发展水平和学校发展目标的基础上,教师个人与学校组织共同制定与实施,旨在促进教师与学校共同发展的一种管理方法。此方法由美国康涅狄格大学的爱德华·伊沃尼克提出。它在满足教师的个别化需求、增进教师工作的责任心与促进教师专业发展等方面具有其优势。为了解决部分小学体育教育质量不高、教学管理制度不全、质量标准不清、责任不明、教师课改行为被动等问题,我们对学校体育教学管理中运用合同计划法的基本程
“Contract Planning Law ” is a kind of management method that is developed and implemented jointly by individual teachers and school organizations to promote common development of teachers and schools based on teachers’ full understanding of their own professional development and school development goals. This method was proposed by Edward Ivonik at the University of Connecticut. It has its advantages in meeting the individual needs of teachers, enhancing the teachers’ sense of responsibility and promoting the professional development of teachers. In order to solve some of the problems of the quality of physical education in primary schools, the incomplete teaching management system, the unclear quality standards, the unclear responsibilities and the teachers’ curriculum reform behaviors, we use the basic procedure of contract planning method
