为探讨不同的土壤水分含量对白刺幼苗表型可塑性生长的影响,通过盆栽试验,在不同的土壤水分条件下,对白刺的生长特性、生物量积累及分配和叶绿素含量等方面进行研究。结果表明:在土壤含水量为70%条件下,白刺的株高、基茎等生长指标和叶绿素含量均达到最大值;随土壤水分含量的降低,白刺的根干重、茎干重、叶干重及总生物量均呈先增加后降低的趋势,白刺生物量茎的分配指数呈先上升后下降的趋势,叶则相反,根冠比呈增加趋势;随土壤水分含量的降低,叶绿素a、叶绿素b及叶绿素总量均呈先增加后降低的趋势。综上分析,土壤含水量达到70%时,是最适宜白刺生长的土壤水分含量;在不同的土壤水分条件下,白刺通过调整形态特征和各器官生物量的分配产生可塑性影响。
In order to investigate the effects of different soil moisture contents on phenotypic plasticity growth of Populus pruinosa, the growth characteristics, biomass accumulation and distribution, and chlorophyll content of Nitraria tangutorum were studied in pot experiments under different soil moisture conditions. The results showed that under the condition of 70% soil moisture, the growth index and chlorophyll content of Nitraria tangutorum reached the maximum. With the decrease of soil water content, the root dry weight, stem weight, Leaf dry weight and total biomass both increased at first and then decreased. The distribution index of the stem of Nitraria tangutorum rose at first and then decreased, while that at the opposite of the leaf showed an increasing trend. With the decrease of soil water content, Chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll showed the first increase and then decrease. In conclusion, when soil water content reaches 70%, soil water content is the most suitable for the growth of Nitraria tangutorum. Under different soil moisture conditions, Nitraria tazetta produces plasticity by adjusting the morphological characteristics and the distribution of biomass of various organs.
